Jose helped me purchase my first home. As a first time home buyer, I was clueless and had many questions. Jose was very knowledgeable and patient with me; and explained everything in detail from the housing market all the way to electrical wiring of the house. Not only does he have real estate experience, but he has experience in construction/contract work, so he was able to point out frame, foundation, roof, electrical, etc. make up of the house, and made honest suggestions if I should move forward with a property or not.

I was on a tight schedule, and viewed many houses all over the place. Jose was always just a phone call or text message away, and made appointments for me usually the same day.

He is really a great person overall, and I would highly recommend him to all.

No doubt that Jose is our real estate agent for the second time around. How did we get our home less than our offer? Idk and I didn't ask. Definitely a well rounded professional with all the right connections. Strength: knows his north side market, sends email updates on listings not yet posted on Zillow or trulia app.

Jose is the best real estate to have on either side of negotiation. He was listing agent, but he made sure that the property that I bought was to my satisfaction even after closing date.

He is very responsible and true to his promises. I would highly recommend his service to anyone, and definitely use his service either when buying an additional property or selling my current property later on.

Jose was great in helping my boyfriend and I rent a new condo in an area we were not very familiar with. He was able to meet with us multiple times to show units as they became available. After we decided on one, he even negotiated some of the fees down a little without us asking! His knowledge of the area was very helpful when it came time to make a decision. If we are ever looking to rent or own something again, we will definitely reach out to Jose!

Jose helped my husband and I sell our condo in the University Village area during a less than ideal time in the market. He met with us before and brought data on what was happening in our area, which he knew very well. Jose was knowledgeable, objective and diplomatic. I never felt pressured and appreciated his no-nonsense approach. Once we decided to put our place on the market, Jose facilitated around 20 showings in a 2-3 week timeframe. He was responsive, timely and always kept us updated on what was happening. Our place sold in three weeks for a competitive price, all thanks to Jose's hard work and persistance. We highly recommend Jose as a realtor. He was accomodating, responsive and extremely professional. Most importantly, he sold our unit quickly and for almost asking price! Thanks Jose!
